The Agony of the People Pleaser

Never again.

Never again will I take on something without thinking it through.

Never again will I agree to anything out of compliance or fear of criticism.

I'm too old to be doing things for the sake of pleasing higher ups.

WHAT WAS I THINKING?

Then again, andito na ko. I've accepted and agreed to take it on.

It's only temporary anyway. This will all be over soon.

Then I can redirect my time and energy to their righful places.

In the meantime, I'll power-dress, positive self-talk and pray my way through this.
