The Sub-60 10K Challenge | Nerves

So. I tried to run 6k at race pace today. 

How I fared:

1K: 6:15
2K: 6:30
3K: 6:45
4K: 5:47
5K: 6:15
6K: 7:00

38.5 minutes

The ideal 6K split time is 35:24.  3 minutes too long. I've got work to do! *Ulk*

The plan is to do more of these race pace workouts to get my body used to the effort (and the pain!) Today's run was a LOT of  heave-ho.

Three weeks left til race day!
